(Effective 31 October 2017)

This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) applies to the web site www.monster500.com provided by Creata (USA) Inc. and its affiliates and subsidiaries in the U.S., (collectively, “Creata”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). This Privacy Policy governs your use of the Site, regardless as to how you use or access them. By “Site”, we mean any website or URL of ours that Creata has linked to this Privacy Policy, together with all applications, content, features, and downloads that are operated by us and that are available through the Site. Each time you access or use the Site you agree to be bound by, and comply with, all of the terms of this Privacy Policy. Therefore, do not use the Site if you do not agree to all of the terms of this Privacy Policy.

We want you to enjoy the Monsters 500 Site, and recommend that you follow common sense whenever disclosing personal information anywhere on the internet.

Please review this Privacy Policy in its entirety, as it includes important information.

PRIVACY POLICY APPLIES TO CHILDREN, TEENS & ADULTS
We take special precautions to protect the privacy of children under 13 years of age – but then we apply those special precautions to all of our users, regardless of age.

At our Site, we do not collect any personal contact information (like full name, e-mail address, phone number or home address) from anyone, including children.
Unlike many websites, we do not collect information like IP address, mobile device UDIDs, etc. automatically. Nor do we use technology like cookies or persistent identifiers to recognize repeat users who visit the Site repeatedly over time.
The Site is designed so that users cannot input any personally identifiable information.
We do collect limited location information from users of the Site, but such information is limited to the type of web browser used by the user to access the Site, and the identity of the city/zip code in which the Site user is located.

NO COOKIES OR TRACKING TECHNOLOGY
A “cookie” is a small computer file that does not contain personally identifiable information and saved on your computer or mobile device. Cookies and other technologies like “web beacons” and other persistent identifiers are used by some website providers for various reasons; they can help improve a user’s website experience, and allow for the website provider to analyze data about their users.
Unlike many websites, the Site does not use technology (like cookies, web beacons, etc.) to store settings, preferences or identify you or your computer/mobile device(s). We do work with third parties who offer analytics services to determine – at the city/zip code level only – the location of the IP address of the user. We also note the type of web browser used to access the Site.

If Creata believes that anyone’s behavior on our Site may damage us, our Site, or any person or property, we may disclose the relevant personal information to prevent such harm. In that case, we might try to identify the wrongdoer, contact them or bring legal action against them.

Third parties that provide database or server maintenance or security, assist us in analyzing our Site offerings, or provide other similar services to Creata may access certain information. If we do provide access, we require those third parties to sign confidentiality agreements promising to keep secret any information they see.
We may share periodic Site traffic information. Except as described in this Privacy Policy, we never share the little information we do collect online from or about children under 13 (or about anyone else) with other companies outside the Creata family of companies.
